The Winter Sun Rises

Had this one half finished for the longest time, finally got around to it  
This is Solstice, one of my feathercloaks. He does have a vague idea behind him, and I do plan on associating him with Cricket (and another picture planned of them together) in which he's essentially the coming of winter, and she's the last lazy days of summer and so they often meet on those times when the seasons collide and after awhile, they essentially build up a bond which turns into something a bit deeper; yet, ultimately unobtainable as since she's only around for the summer, and he brings the winter that drives her away eventually.

More..collected thoughts later, when I'm not suffering a headache and can't think straight.
